Orders

Silmere wants the ordering process to be easy and safe for all its valuable customers. All orders that are in stock will be shipped within 1-5 business days of the order placement. If you need information regarding your order or shipment, please contact us at silmerestudio@gmail.com. Currently, we are only shipping our orders to the United States (Except for Alaska, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific).

Payment

Silmere accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Your credit card will be charged once the order is placed. If we are not able to fulfill the order for any reason, your card will be refunded. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders. All of our prices are in USD. Silmere charges state sales tax within the US as required by applicable laws.

Returns & Exchanges

Silmere makes all of our products with love and care. However, if any of our customers wish to return a product, they can do so. We will accept a return on an item within 7 days of the delivery of the product(s). Any type of damaged item is not accepted for return. After 7 days; all items sold are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Returned items within the 7 day period must be unworn, unwashed, with the original tags and in the original packaging nearly folded without any tears, stains or smells. We do not accept refunds on any special or discounted orders. We do not refund any shipping costs, only the cost of the product with taxes. We also charge a processing fee for returns that will be deducted from your refund total. We do not offer exchanges. However, if you would like to order another item, you will need to return the original item and purchase the new item. Our customers are responsible for all of the return shipping fees. Silmere would require a tracking number on all returned packages. If an item is sent without a tracking number, the return will not be accepted. Shipping Policy

Silmere uses USPS & Fedex for all purchases. We only accept orders shipping to the United States (Except for Alaska, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific). Upon the shipment of your order, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you.

Privacy Policy

Silmere only collects information that is related to your order. This includes your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and credit card information.

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to anyone, only your order data (billing, shipping, and order contents data) are stored on our server. We use the highest security measures to protect your information. In the case of any internet breach beyond our control, we will not be held responsible.
